Reitmans Canada Ltd. | Fashion Associate | May'19-Feb'20

From a newbie in sales to almost becoming and Assistant Manager, my understanding of marketing, social understanding and relationships with colleagues has developed highly. If only I would have been able to grab a work permit for the store, my dream of working in the animation industry might have been long buried somewhere under sharply folded clothes and folders of visual setups for the store.

Mother's Pride School | Kindergarten Teacher | Oct'16-Mar'18

  • Teaching little children how to read, write and trying to make them dance in groups, well that was an unexpected turn of events. Yet somehow, the great skill that I had developed in my past years of working had come in handy - patience.

  • Aside from the teaching part, I was also trusted with making props and décor for the school events. For example making a Toy train to fit 5 kids in or making a Disney Winter theme for the entire reception area to indulge the children. The work experience turned out to be extremely fun!
